These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tyreman website and the services we provide. When you book a service or buy a product through this site, you are contracting with Tyreman ("Tyreman", "we", "us", "our"), based at 5 Halesworth Close, London E5 9PW.
By using the site, booking a service, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Tyreman provides automotive services including MOT testing, tyre supply and fitting, body repairs, servicing, windscreen replacement, and 24/7 recovery, in person at our workshop or as a mobile call-out across East London. Pricing on the site is for the named service; quotes for additional or bespoke work are given on request.

The Tyreman name, logo, site content, and branding are owned by Tyreman or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written consent, other than for ordinary personal use of the site.
When you request a booking through this site, we will contact you to confirm the details, timing and pricing before any work begins. You may cancel or reschedule a booking at any time before work starts by calling us on 07904 404444. If a deposit was taken, it will be refunded in full provided cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment.
We work hard to keep the site available and our services running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the site or any service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or refuse to provide services if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
